Content Specialist, Lumino Digital – $50K/yr – $60K/yr
Are you an inquisitive writer who enjoys conducting deep-drive internet research & crafting detailed, technical content and reports? Want to work with global brands, develop standout skill sets, and grow with a company that’s past its start-up phase but still small enough that your contributions will be integral and recognized?
At Lumino, we help organizations monitor, manage, and defend their digital presence—especially on tricky platforms like Wikipedia, Wikidata, TrustPilot, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor. This niche focus has made us a natural partner for brands looking to understand (a) how their brand surfaces in ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI search engines, and (b) what can be done to influence those results. We’re trusted experts in this space, and now we’re looking for an entry-level content writer to join our remote team.
This is your chance to learn a niche, in-demand skill set, work on fascinating projects, and build a career in digital communications—all while working from your home office.
About Lumino
We help organizations monitor, manage, and defend their digital presence. With years of experience and an ethical approach, we are known as trusted leaders in Wikipedia consulting and are rapidly expanding our AI discoverability offerings.
The platforms we specialize in have high (knowledge) barriers to entry, and our expertise is highly valued in the communications field. As a result, Lumino employees develop highly valued communication skills, including Wikipedia consulting, AI SEO, and hands-on digital monitoring. After a few years at Lumino, you’ll stand out in a crowd of your communications peers.
We seek to redefine the client-agency relationship by becoming an indispensable partner through trust, strategy, and communication. To do this, we put our employees first because we know that a happy team is the only way to guarantee satisfied clients.

You’ll be preparing content for platforms with specific, often very different, rules and best practices, but our team is fully prepared to train you so that you feel comfortable and confident. Translation: Don’t be shy if you don’t have experience in all of these areas now. As long as you’re eager to learn, we’re anxious to help you do it!
Your role will be an essential part of content production at our agency, and we plan to equip you with the tools you need to become an expert in media literacy, Wikipedia’s guidelines, and emerging AI search trends. For the research element, you’ll compile media coverage into easy-to-navigate research files, conduct competitor reviews, prepare research summaries, and contribute to client reports and project strategy.
