You’ll be a key contributor to our content marketing engine—from supporting end-to-end content production, to developing new customer stories, and effectively distributing across social and organic channels. Your mission (should you choose to accept it): create compelling and helpful content that wins the hearts and minds of customers and industry professionals in our space.
You’ll write content through various stages of the journey for Loopio customers, with a focus on top-of-funnel activity (driving traffic, awareness, and intent).
Working with teams across the company (like Revenue Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and People), to maintain quality and distribute content that moves the needle on our company growth goals.
You’ll report to our Senior Manager, Content Marketing, and work with them to execute content plans that drive results—while entertaining and educating our ideal buyers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support content production—from crafting unique customer stories to SEO-focused webpages and executing larger quarterly content projects for Loopio’s resources (like webinars)
- Write copy for a variety of mediums: including emails, our website, social, and more
- Give direction as needed to maintain quality content for Loopio’s brand to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions for ideas to inspire and educate our audience
- Maintain and help evolve the voice of Loopio across all of our paid and owned channels
- Learn the foundations of analyzing and measuring results from your work (monitoring web traffic, search rankings, social impressions, and more)
- Participate in co-branding opportunities for content collaboration and distribution
- Occasionally work with freelancer writers to execute on content initiatives
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- You have experience creating content from start to finish—from writing the first draft and choosing visuals, to posting it in a Content Management System (like WordPress) and promoting it. You’re organized and have examples of contributing to a content calendar on a consistent schedule, while also juggling other responsibilities.
- You have 2-3 years of experience crafting clear and concise copy that teaches, educates, and delights. You love writing and copyediting—and you’ve got published portfolio pieces that prove it. (Bonus points if you’ve created content for multiple channels and formats, like video, social, etc.)
- You enjoy analyzing your content’s performance. You’ve got SEO, web and the basics of social analytics down, but are eager to learn more.
- You have experience using social media creatively to promote your content and extend your company’s brand. (Experience with social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite is a bonus, but not a requirement.)
- You’re a budding content editor. You have experience working with freelance writers, interns, or junior staff in the past, or trained others in your company on how to be content creators. You’re comfortable outsourcing and giving direction as needed to maintain quality content for Loopio’s brand.
- You’ve worked as part of a marketing, communications, or writing team before. Above all, you have a knack for distilling complex concepts into delightful copy
- You are a Master of Pun(s). GIFs. Jokes. You frequently go the extra mile to make your audience smile and infuse fun into your work.

Questioning your qualifications? Read this Hi there, we recognize that all too often, potential candidates don’t apply for a position simply because they don’t hit every single criteria included in the job description—particularly members of underrepresented groups.
Whether or not your experience checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team. We understand that a resume can only showcase so much during the applicant stage, so we’ve created prompts in the application for you to share more about yourself. If you’ve made a career transition (or a few!), you’re self taught in a new role, or you have skills/experience you’d like to highlight, we want to hear more about what you could bring to the table.
