Content Marketing Manager
Indiewalls is looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of how we tell our story across digital channels. In this role, you’ll shape the narrative of projects and artist stories, producing high-impact photo, video, and written content that engages clients and drives awareness.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll also collaborate closely with our curatorial, project management, and sales teams, as well as independent artists and external creatives. If you’re passionate about storytelling, design, and the power of art to transform spaces, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Own the storytelling and distribution strategy across multiple channels, adapting narratives to fit each platform.
- Identify and feature high-impact projects by consistently communicating with other teams and tracking progress of potential projects.
- Lead video content production, including writing video scripts, providing direction to freelance videographers, and communicating feedback to freelance video editors.
- Collect information from curators, project managers, and sales reps as the foundation for the content.
- Manage photo and video content, including scheduling shoots through our Office Administrator, reviewing assets, and organizing media libraries.
- Develop case studies and project pages on our website, transforming raw project details into engaging stories.
- Create engaging behind-the-scenes content from site visits and work-in-progress updates from the team.
- Leverage email marketing to engage clients and spark new conversations.
- Ensure brand consistency by consulting and collaborating with the Creative Director.

Requirements
- Exceptional storytelling skills—you can craft compelling narratives from raw material.
- Background in marketing for design, architecture, or creative industries (preferred).
- Experience in video production—scriptwriting, directing, and editing oversight.
- Strong project management skills—juggling multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Clear, concise communicator—comfortable liaising with internal and external partners.
- Eye for detail—you create high-caliber, quality creative.
- Tech-savvy—proficient in Google Drive, Slack, and digital content tools( like Lightroom, Canva, video software).
- Self-starter—you take initiative, make decisions, and execute with confidence.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve workflows—leveraging automation to save time and streamline repeatable tasks.
