We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our fast-growing Commercial Marketing team. As a Content Marketing Manager at Cylinder, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our content strategy to engage and educate our B2B audience within the healthcare industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create and distribute compelling content across various platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on positioning Cylinder Health as a thought leader in the digestive health space. Identify key industry trends, topics, and pain points to create relevant and impactful content
  • Content Creation: Create a continuous pipeline of compelling content that will generate leads and drive conversions, and will be used in multiple touch points across the user journey. Content types can include: Case studies, industry reports, ebooks, webinars, videos, blog posts, emails, etc. Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and effectively communicates complex healthcare concepts to a B2B audience
  • Content Support: Partner with internal teams to support growth goals; duties may range from supporting sales with key messaging for presentations to supporting product teams with copywriting of launch materials. Ability to quickly scale and prioritize based on business needs
  • Multi-Platform Execution: Manage content distribution across multiple platforms, such as the company website, social media, email marketing, webinars, and industry publications. Adapt content for different channels while maintaining consistent messaging and branding
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of our content in search engines, ensuring that our materials are discoverable by relevant B2B audience
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns, using data and analytics to measure engagement, conversions, and overall impact. Use insights to refine future content strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, source data, and ensure accurate representation of product features and benefits in content materials

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B marketing role
  • 2+ years experience in a SaaS/start-up environment with a focus on content management
  • Proven ability to create high-quality written content with a portfolio showcasing a range of formats and styles
  • Proven experience contributing to key metrics including MQL generation, pipeline generation, etc.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • A curious, self-motivated team player with a sense of urgency and excitement to grow and learn
  • Bonus points if you:
    • Have experience working within the health and wellness space
    • Understand the health benefits and/or broker landscape
