Location: Remote, must reside in one of these states for consideration (AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, LA, MD, MO, NC, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA).

- Step 4: If selected, you will be assigned a project to complete within 1 week.
- Step 5: If selected to move forward, you’ll attend a 1-hour interview with both the hiring manager and the Creative Director.
The base salary for this position starts at $70,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
The Position:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s internal 3A+ tool to gauge and enhance individual performance impact.
- Manage Arbinger’s customer-facing content, blog, newsletter, podcast, and social platforms.
- Write, edit, and manage insightful blog articles that align with Arbinger’s mission and voice.
- Plan, draft, and distribute a regular newsletter to keep our community informed and engaged.
- Repurpose podcast episodes into articles, promotional copy, and social assets.
- Create and curate engaging, shareable content for social media (graphics, short-form video, copy) from our robust library of content.
- Monitor performance metrics across platforms, analyze results, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and a clear customer journey.
- Conduct competitor and industry trend analyses to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the marketing department with campaign execution and project coordination.
- Stay attuned to the latest content and digital marketing opportunities and evolving practices.
Required Capabilities
- Strong creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to write long- and short-form content across formats (articles, newsletters, social, scripts).
- Strong understanding of content distribution strategies (blogs, email, social media, podcasts).
- Familiarity with content performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
Preferred Capabilities
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheets).
- Comfort utilizing AI to increase efficiency.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and strategy (social media experience a plus).
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Limited travel may be required.
