The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Content Editor to join one of our fast-scaling English-speaking markets. You’ll report into our Content Manager and collaborate with a vibrant crew of talented content creators, editors, and SEO specialists across the globe.
The foundation is live, and now it’s your turn to take it to the next level – shaping the strategy, refining the voice, and building out a distinct USP for content in a market ready to scale.
Your mission? You’ll play a key role in expanding a product where users genuinely come first, with the autonomy to influence structure, tone, and performance. Partnering with SEO, Product, and UX teams, you’ll help deliver content that not only ranks – but resonates.

Your Impact:

- Write, edit, and publish content that informs, converts, and connects — for our English-speaking audiences (initially New Zealand).
- Optimise for SEO and users, balancing technical precision with editorial excellence. You’ll use tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and SurferSEO to shape high-performing content. You’ll have clear evidence of impact across performance KPIs, user trust, and strategic alignment — content that actually moves the needle.
- Refine our content identity, helping us stand out with clarity and purpose in a competitive space.
- Champion innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table that boost engagement and drive market growth.
- Improve how we work, helping us streamline workflows, evolve best practices, and level up our internal tools.
- Collaborate like a pro, partnering with SEO Specialists, Product, UX, and Engineering to create seamless experiences.
- Take ownership of the market strategy: Once you’re embedded into the role you’ll refine the vision, set the tone, and begin launching best-in-class content that sets us apart in a competitive space.
What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience writing, editing and optimising English web content, ideally in iGaming or Affiliate Marketing.
- A proven track record of writing and editing high-quality content, boosting user engagement and organic traffic.
- The ability to do the above whilst keeping SEO best practices. A strong grasp of SEO, plus the ability to balance ranking potential with human-first readability.
- Hands-on experience using metrics and insights to drive content performance.
- Native or fluent English language skills.
- A self-starting attitude with a love of learning, and the imagination to solve challenges creatively.

The Interview Process:

- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, Content Editor and General Manager – Publishing (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Take home task – you will be given 3 days to complete the task
- 4th: Final interview with members of our Content team, including our Head of Content (1 hour video via Zoom)
