We’re hiring a part-time Certified Resume Writer who can produce high-altitude, interview-generating resumes, not generic rewrites.
Our clients are Directors, VPs, and senior operators. They need resumes that pass modern ATS systems, signal scope and value instantly, and convert into interviews. If you’ve only written entry-level resumes or rely on keyword stuffing, this role won’t be a fit.
What You’ll Do
– Transform client materials into strategic, ATS-aligned résumés using our ICONS framework
– Write for context, scope, and positioning — not keyword lists
– Build résumés that actually perform (interviews, callbacks, recruiter response)
– Collaborate with our team inside Slack to clarify details
– Complete drafts within 48–72 hours
– Apply revision notes with precision and speed
What You Need
– Certification required (CPRW, NCRW, ACRW, CARW, or equivalent)
– 2+ years resumes writing for mid-senior or executive-level clients
– Clear understanding of modern ATS logic (context parsing, relevance scoring, phrasing hierarchy, and how systems treat bullets vs. responsibilities)
– Ability to write resumes that create tangible results — interviews, recruiter outreach, increased visibility
– Strong command of positioning, quantification, and narrative strategy
– Excellent written English and obsessive attention to detail
– Dependable turnaround and consistent communication
Proof of Performance (Non-Negotiable)
All applicants must provide at least one of the following:
– Interview or offer results tied to resumes you’ve created
– Before/after examples showing measurable improvement
– Client testimonials that specifically mention landing interviews or roles
– Resume samples demonstrating modern formatting, ATS alignment, and strategic writing
