B2B COPYWRITER – $60 – 65 per hour

Compensation Range: $60 – 65 per hour
We are seeking a talented B2B Copywriter to join our marketing team and ensure our communications maintain a consistent brand voice. This role is a key content development resource, responsible for crafting compelling copy for both internal and external materials. You will create engaging print and digital content for all company stakeholders, including customers, patients, shareholders, and employees.
In addition to developing researching and writing communication materials the role will serve as an editing resource during the validation and review stages of the company’s Communication Review Process.
Responsibilities:
- Senior B2B Copywriter focused on healthcare.
- 8-10 hours per week initially, potential to grow to 20 hours.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in healthcare, 5 years in copywriting/editing.
Audience:
- Hospitals and health systems.
- C-suite executives.
- Insurance companies and payers.
- Physicians and healthcare practitioners.
- Emerging market professionals.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong B2B healthcare writing experience.
- Comfortable with editing.
- AMA (American Medical Association) style preferred.
- Ability to create various materials like:
- Emails
- RFPs
- Sales brochures
- White papers
- Marketing communications
Qualifications:
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience:
- 5+ years healthcare industry experience preferred Minimum 7+ years success in a copywriting or editing role.
- Relevant industry experience (pharma medical device healthcare services consumer etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal brand and regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare settings desired.
- Experience implementing brand voice and style guidelines.
- Familiarity with AP and Chicago styles AMA preferred.
- Digitally savvy and knowledgeable about various marketing tactics and tools.
- Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint Adobe Acroba.
- Writing samples.
- Strong interpersonal skills & attention to detail.
- Time and project management skills ability to multi-task.
- Develops and applies knowledge of internal roles and inter-department relationships.
