E-commerce & Social Media Assistant for Luxury Store
We are launching a high-end luxury re-sale/consignment store with a strong focus on online presence, including live shows on Instagram and Whatnot to engage and boost sales. We need a skilled and creative assistant to help build and manage our Shopify store, set up Linktree forms and threads, content creation and listings for Instagram and streamline social media links, and support live online sales events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and customizing a Shopify store with a luxury aesthetic
- Set up Linktree account and create buyer/seller forms
- Manage multiple social media and product links
- Support live shows on Instagram by managing product listings, customer engagement, and technical aspects
- Coordinate social media content and product promotions aligned with live streaming events
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to e-commerce and social media platform issues
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify store setup, customization, and management
- Knowledge of Linktree setup and optimization
- Familiarity with Instagram live shows and interactive selling
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Marketing or social media experience preferred
- Passion and knowledge for luxury brands
