Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across Fin/ite’s social media channels to build brand awareness and engage a high-impact, thoughtful audience. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for each platform, and monitoring performance analytics. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate Fin/ite’s client-focused work into compelling stories, responding to audience interactions, and continuously refining the social media strategy based on insights and trends. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable communication, self-management, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing professional accounts and growing engaged communities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, thoughtful, and audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, with the ability to plan, align, and prioritize content that supports brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) to track performance and inform decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and coordinate with a small, collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with high-touch professional services or coaching, advisory, or consulting environments is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
