Email & Content Marketing Manager – $80,000 – $120,000 a year
We are a leading provider in a category we created, helping high-performing professionals change their relationship with alcohol through coaching programs.
We generate the majority of our growth through paid acquisition and invest over $500K per month across platforms. Currently we’re looking for an organic content specialist to help nurture, maintain and grow our brand.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Email & Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of our organic marketing engine to help scale the mission-driven brand.
This role combines email marketing, direct-response copywriting, content strategy, and marketing project management. You’ll lead strategy and execution across our core organic marketing channels, with a primary focus on email marketing, automations, content planning, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is AI-powered and has a strong background in email marketing campaigns, marketing automations, direct-response copywriting, and project management. You should be comfortable building campaigns, writing conversion-focused copy, managing customer journeys, maintaining content calendars, coordinating freelancers, and developing content ideas for podcasts and Instagram.
You’ll work directly with our VP of Marketing, gaining mentorship and exposure to the strategies, systems, and decision-making processes used to scale multiple 7- and 8-figure brands (like Jay Shetty), while taking meaningful ownership of key organic marketing initiatives, growing into a larger leadership opportunity with the team to support as the company expands.
A major responsibility of this role is building and managing our organic marketing engine, with a primary focus on email marketing & project management and a secondary priority of social media (IG) and podcast. You’ll own email campaigns, content calendars, content planning, production workflows, and the systems that ensure marketing initiatives move from idea to execution, heavily utilising AI in your workflow. Existing support includes video editors, podcast editors, designers, and contractors, to support as you focus on strategy, execution, coordination, and performance. Potential for VA support as needed after the initial trial period and the opportunity to build a specialist team as the company grows.
This role is ideal for someone who is AI powered, ambitious, highly organized, coachable, and excited to help build a marketing function that supports our mission of helping people create healthier relationships with alcohol and live more intentional lives.
