About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to craft compelling marketing and sales copy tailored to diverse audiences across multiple channels. This role involves developing persuasive content for digital, print, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. The Copywriter will serve as a key steward of the brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with company messaging and goals. They will collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality content that supports key initiatives and enhances brand presence. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized organization dedicated to experiential learning and education, supporting a variety of programs that inspire and educate students worldwide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience
- Proven success in developing persuasive marketing and sales copy across multiple channels including print, digital, email, and web
- Experience translating brand standards, voice, tone, and grammar guidelines into effective messaging
- Strong collaboration skills with creative teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for creative work confidently
- Curiosity-first mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects independently
- Deep knowledge of AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style, with meticulous attention to detail
- Superior proofreading and editing skills
Responsibilities
- Create compelling copy supporting key company initiatives across various channels, including email, digital and print advertising, collateral, social media, and video content
- Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and brand standards
- Collaborate with designers to develop creative concepts and deliverables that reinforce the brand identity
- Review and proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free execution
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and target markets
- Adapt brand voice across different audiences, channels, and formats, balancing long-form informational content with short promotional messages
- Ensure all copy adheres to style guides and brand guidelines, shifting tone and style as needed
- Contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Participate in feedback sessions, incorporating revisions and suggestions to optimize content effectiveness
