Writer – Summary Meeting Minutes – $35 an hour

Must be located in the continental United States
PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – Minutes writer needed for municipal meetings (Commission, Planning & Zoning, Special Magistrate, Board of Adjustment, etc.); audio, notes, agenda, and format provided; 7-business day turnaround; ability to listen to audio and write summary minutes; proficiency in English grammar.
Substantive narrative and discussion are condensed into summary format reflecting opinions and decisions of the board, as well as staff presentation and feedback. Writer must have knowledge of when to leave out irrelevant discussion which would not be of interest to the public and/or the City Commission.
