Data is often trapped in silos across disconnected systems of record, such as ERPs and EHRs, systems of engagement, such as CRMs, and systems of insight, such as cloud data platforms. These systems cannot integrate seamlessly without a single source of truth for identity, making it impossible to share and consume complete and trusted 360-degree views of people, organizations, and networks.
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager & Copywriter — a hybrid role that combines strategic performance marketing and persuasive writing to accelerate lead gen, improve channel performance, and strengthen brand voice across paid channels.
The Paid Media Manager & Copywriter is responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and 6sense — and creates compelling copy and content that drives both performance and engagement.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Demand Gen, SEO, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure paid efforts align with broader company goals and consistently convert prospects into qualified pipeline.
REPSONSIBILITIES Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns that align with demand generation and revenue goals.
- Build media plans, set budgets, allocation strategies, and performance forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily/weekly to improve ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Conduct regular A/B tests on audiences, creatives, ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Manage ad account structures and develop performance dashboards.
Copywriting & Creative Development
- Write clear, strategic, and conversion-focused copy for ads across all channels (search, social, display, video).
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-impact creative assets that are on-brand and performance-oriented.
- Develop hooks, value propositions, and CTA language informed by audience insights and campaign performance.
- Maintain messaging consistency across paid channels and landing pages.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
- Work with analytics and operations to ensure tagging, tracking, and attribution are accurate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Content Marketing and SEO to align paid messaging with organic content and funnel stages.
- Work with Demand Gen to surface learnings and improve targeting.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on campaign themes, feature launches, and customer stories.
Optimization & Growth
- Identify new paid channel opportunities and emerging formats.
- Propose strategic initiatives to enhance experimentation velocity and overall performance.
- Scale winning campaigns and sunset underperforming efforts.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field that is approved by the hiring manager.
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition channels profitably.
- Strong writing skills — ability to craft high-impact copy for ads, landing pages, and assets (as needed).
- Significant experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6sense Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau).
- Hands on experience articulating data needs and sources to ensure we are capturing what we need to drive reporting and accelerate results
- Ability to interpret data and translate performance into strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Data driven to the core with an obsession for tracking and reporting to prove impact and scale.
Preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Knowledge of intent data and sophisticated segmentation and workflows to target the right people, with the right message, at the right time.
- Strong collaboration with growth marketing team overall to ensure strong coordination across all campaign activations and channels.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization and attribution modeling.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Performance paid campaigns running with clear KPI frameworks.
- Consistent month-over-month improvement in key metrics (CPL, CPA, CVR).
- High-quality ad copy that increases CTR and conversions.
- Standardized reporting routines and optimization playbooks.
- Strong cross-team relationships and integrated campaign launches.
