Social Media Assistant (Photo and Video Editor)

Seeking assistant to help with social media posts (Facebook and Nextdoor primarily)

Post topics:
Property renovations, rental listings, native plant gardening, jewelry & collectible sales
Duties
- Adding watermark logo to photos
- Adding before and after text to photos
- Adding other text and graphics to photos
- Editing videos and adding text( simple editing that can be done using a phone)
Can be remote but local to College Park, MD preferred
Interest in property management, real estate, gardening, home design preferred but not required
Pay is by post:
Each post would contain 1 video (with text) and 3-7 photos (with watermark and text) Assistant will not make the actual post but will prepare the photos and videos.
The project would start with 7 posts the first month and then expand from there.
