About the Role
We’re seeking a mission-driven Lifecycle Copywriter who is highly persona-focused and lives in the mind of our guests. You understand deeply what our audiences need, what motivates them, and what holds them back. You use that understanding to craft copy that inspires, converts, retains, and enhances brand connection.
You’ll use insights, empathy, and creativity to shape messaging across the full customer journey – from awareness through post-visit, ensuring our copy not only sounds great, but it’s relevant and drives action and loyalty.
You’ll be a savvy user of AI and tools, using them where helpful to scale personalization, without sacrificing voice and craft.
We’re looking for someone with a positive and engaging attitude, takes initiative, and collaborates well with team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Write high-performing copy for social ads, landing pages, websites, emails, SMS, and nurture campaigns.
- Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys that increase engagement, retention, and repeat bookings.
- Develop nurture paths to drive repeat visits and strengthen loyalty.
- Personalize messaging using segmentation, persona insights, and behavioral triggers.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure storytelling alignment across channels.
- Use analytics and engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion data) to refine tone, message, and CTAs.
- Incorporate AI tools effectively to ideate, optimize, and accelerate content development.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects our bold and premium tone.
What We’re Looking For – Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting for digital or lifestyle brands; travel/hospitality experience a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating writing for awareness, conversion, and retention across channels: email, social, ad copy, landing pages, campaigns etc.
- Exceptional English writing ability – native or advanced (C2) proficiency required. Must demonstrate the ability to write with the tone, nuance, and cultural fluency of a native English audience.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, personas, and how it feeds into lead nurture.
- Proven ability to use data: open rates, CTRs, conversion, retention metrics, as well as customer insights obtained from research and feedback.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support writing but strong concepting, editing, shaping skills – maintaining creative and human integrity.
- Organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar, proof reading, editing, polish, and voice consistency.
- Ability & willingness to travel / be on-site as required for team collaboration, shoots, content capture.
- A positive and engaging attitude, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively with team members
Education and other requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Ability to self-develop and keep up-to-date with the latest trends.
