About the Role

Cigna is seeking a Copywriter to support MDLIVE by Evernorth and its associated brands through compelling and high-quality creative content. This part-time, remote role (approximately 25 hours per week) will focus on rebranding and content migration efforts from MDLIVE to MDLIVE by Evernorth, working across marketing initiatives for B2C, B2B, Product, Member Engagement, and Health Plans.

You’ll craft engaging copy across a variety of channels, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and alignment with marketing strategy. This role requires a balance of creativity, precision, and project management within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for emails, blogs, newsletters, social posts, headlines, landing pages, and various marketing assets.
• Support brand repositioning and rebranding efforts during the MDLIVE to Evernorth migration.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure message alignment across touchpoints.
• Produce content for diverse audiences — B2C, B2B, and B2B2C — tailored to channel and business objectives.
• Proofread, fact-check, and edit all materials for grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
• Contribute to creative strategy and ensure content reflects modern, results-driven storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in branding, integrated marketing agencies, or in-house creative teams.
• Proven portfolio showcasing strong digital, web, print, and promotional copywriting.
• Demonstrated ability to write for multiple audiences (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) and adapt tone accordingly.
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn from and apply feedback constructively.
• Telehealth or healthcare-related experience preferred.
