Title: Internal Communications Specialist
Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $36.00 – $39.95 hourly
Job Overview:
The editor will meet monthly with the Leader to plan content and then write and edit 2-3 stories per issue.
Then they will secure any internal approvals including Compliance approval and proof the newsletter for publication.
The editor will work with the Amplify editorial team to schedule the newsletters for posting and input the content into the platform.

Duties:
As a Communications Specialist, your role will focus on building out content and plans with support from your manager or another Communications leader.
You understand your audiences, likely within a specific business unit, and their needs and journeys.
Responsibilities:
Specialist has his/her eyes on both the short-term and long-term
You are able to parse longer communications plans into specific landmarks, and you recognize challenges or barriers before they pose an immediate threat – giving you time to identify and recommend solutions
You work well with your internal networks and communications peers, and you are confident discussing ideas and plans with business unit leadership
