Social Media & Community Coordinator – $60,000 – $70,000 a year

Duties & Responsibilities

Brainstorm fresh content ideas to encourage our ideal creator profile to apply to Statusphere.
Create on-brand content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Assist with scheduling and publishing social content using tools like Notion and Google Sheets.
Stay up-to-date on creator trends, editing styles, platform updates, and viral content formats.
Track post performance & assist with compiling monthly social reports.
Actively monitor and respond to DMs and comments across platforms to foster engagement and build relationships with creators.
Flag and track recurring questions, feedback, or issues from creators to help improve internal processes & provide the best creator experience.
Oversee and monitor monthly Statusphere influencer campaigns including campaign set-up and optimization for future campaigns.
Report on creator KPI’s such as weekly applications, approval rates, referrals, and campaign performance to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive improvement across social & community initiatives.
Assist with future community-building efforts like referral contests, giveaways, and creator recognition campaigns.
Help drive awareness of the platform by engaging with ideal creator profiles on all platforms.

Experienced in Content Creation or Community Management: At least one year of experience in a content creation and/or community management role, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth.
Social Media Savvy: Highly skilled at using platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with strong editing abilities and a deep understanding of creator-focused tools. Actively stays ahead of trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
Creator-Aware: Understands how creators operate, topics they find helpful/funny, and what makes content engaging to them.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong ability to manage time, stay on top of deadlines, and ensure accuracy in content and communications.
Team Player: Comfortable working closely with team members and jumping in where needed. Willingness to learn and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, concise captions and messages. Comfortable communicating with creators and internal team members.
Proactive & Reliable: Shows initiative in completing tasks and follows through on responsibilities with minimal oversight.
