About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter to own and elevate performance creative across our brand. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, data, and brand — crafting concepts that resonate deeply with our audience while driving measurable results across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is not just a creative thinker but also a performance marketer at heart: someone who can interpret data, spot patterns, and translate them into high-performing creative.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead creative strategy across paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a focus on performance.
- Generate campaign concepts and briefs that translate data insights into compelling creative ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and external creators to bring assets to life.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creative formats, messaging, and hooks.
- Ensure all creative aligns with our company’s refined brand voice and aesthetic, while driving results.
- Keep a pulse on trends in DTC, beauty, and CPG to inspire fresh creative directions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Copywriting experience creating compelling narratives that drive engagement and performance.
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally within DTC and/or CPG brands.
- Proven success developing and scaling performance creative for beauty, wellness, or adjacent industries.
- Strong grasp of paid social performance metrics and how to use them to guide creative decisions.
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into breakthrough creative ideas.
- A portfolio or track record that demonstrates success in high-performing creative campaigns.
- Highly collaborative, with a knack for working seamlessly between growth and creative teams.
