About the Role
As a Copywriter for Windmill, you will craft compelling and engaging content that drives customer engagement and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record of producing high-quality copy that resonates with target audiences. This role requires a blend of storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various tones and styles. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to support the company’s strategic goals through impactful content.

Content Creation and Client Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to craft compelling content that attracts and retains clients.

Create personalized content plans for clients, focusing on enhancing their brand narratives.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for expansion.
Strategic Content Planning and Execution:

Craft and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to clients’ needs and goals.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
Brand Development and Enhancement:

Work closely with clients to understand their brand vision and objectives.

Ensure all brand communications and materials reflect the desired brand image and voice.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for content-related matters.

Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews to ensure clients are satisfied and on track to meet their goals.

Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

At least 3+ years of experience in copywriting or related roles, with a proven track record of creating impactful content that drives engagement and brand growth.

Experience writing for founders and entrepreneurs.

Experience managing a team and won’t require coaching or mentorship on the basics.

Pragmatic and solution-oriented.

Excel at building processes to achieve high output.

Able to drive outcomes autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and implement effective solutions.
