We’re a fast-growing healthcare company that helps patients in-person and virtually all over the world.
Our mission is to empower patients to stay healthy, active & mobile while avoiding unnecessary surgery, injections, and medications.
We’re at nearly 1 million followers between our YouTube and Facebook pages, where we educate people about how to avoid unnecessary surgery, injections, and medications.
Your work would help hundreds of thousands of people live healthier and more active lives.
ABOUT THE JOB ROLE:
You would be answering comments mainly on YouTube, as well as other social media platforms.
The goal of this job is to provide our subscribers with the right information to make the best decision about their health.
Our company provides all the education and knowledge resources so that you don’t have to know it all. But it does help a lot if you have completed medical terminology and kinesiology college courses since we’re a medical-focused company.
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with English, writing, typing, and grammar. This person will be held accountable to meet hourly productivity standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Experience in public relations or branding is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Knowledge of photography and video editing is advantageous for content creation purposes.
