We are currently seeking a talented Email Marketing Copywriter to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at crafting high-converting email content and understands the unique language and tone of the health, fitness, and rehabilitation industries.
Job Summary
As our Email Marketing Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for writing compelling and conversion-focused email content that nurtures leads, supports client retention, and enhances the Viva Sports Rehab brand. You’ll work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to deliver consistent messaging across campaigns and client journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Write persuasive, engaging, and brand-aligned email copy for newsletters, promotions, patient education series, and drip campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email strategies and content calendars tailored to different segments (e.g., athletes, post-op patients, wellness seekers).
Ensure email content is informative, action-oriented, and medically appropriate.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and calls-to-action to optimize open and click-through rates.
Write lead nurturing content to guide potential clients from awareness to conversion.
Monitor campaign performance and provide suggestions for content improvements.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand messaging across all email communication.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Proven experience in email copywriting, especially in health, wellness, sports, or medical industries.
✅ Strong command of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, CTAs, and click behavior.
✅ Portfolio of successful email campaigns that demonstrate creative writing and conversion strategies.
✅ Ability to translate clinical and wellness concepts into clear, compelling language.
✅ Familiarity with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Work Schedule & Compensation
📅 Schedule: Flexible part-time (approximately 10–15 hours per week)
💰 Compensation: $20–$30 USD per hour, commensurate with experience
🌍 Location: Remote; open to qualified applicants based in the USA, Canada, or Europe
