Social Media Manager (Gaming / Roblox) – $25 – $50 an hour
House of Blueberry is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead the social and community efforts at our fashion-first gaming company. Our ideal candidate loves fashion, is a gamer at heart, and is excited to build out and lead social and growth initiatives at a company that reaches millions of GenZ users globally. You’ll own our TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube strategies, manage and grow our Discord, and partner with our marketing team on larger growth projects (influencer and ambassador programs, brand activations, and content creation).
Responsibilities
- Own content strategy and daily posting across our social channels
- Create engaging content to grow our channels (memes, videos, short-form content, teasers, and fashion/UGC drops)
- Manage and grow our Discord, engaging with our community and building relationships with our top fans
- Launch and run community events, challenges, drops, and giveaways
- Identify and surface trends in gaming, GenZ culture, and Roblox to keep us current
- Track performance, growth, and engagement using analytics tools
- Partner with our marketing team on long-term paid and organic growth projects
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing social media accounts and Discord servers for games, creators, or GenZ brands
- Proven experience growing an audience and managing active communities
- Exceptional writing/copy skills, with a funny, smart, GenZ-first voice
- Strong understanding of the Roblox world and UGC fashion
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
- A love and passion for all things fashion and gaming
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, with a “get stuff done” attitude
