Job Description
This is a remote position.

XAP is a leading innovator in career and college planning software in the Embrace portfolio of companies, serving state-level sponsors, school districts, and individual schools with robust online solutions. Our platforms empower students and adults to explore careers, plan their education, and apply to colleges effectively.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented writer/editor to support our product team for approximately 4 hours per week. Responsibilities include updating existing articles, writing new content, and editing for clarity, accuracy, and style. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt tone and voice for various audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Update existing content according to established guidelines
- Propose, research and write new content for K-12 students
- Collaborate and brainstorm with product and marketing (as needed) to improve processes
Requirements
- US or Canadian work authorization required.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience writing for younger readers is a plus.
