Inspired by visionaries like Nikolai Kondratieff, Phil Anderson, and Edward Dewey, our mission is to arm investors, traders, and thinkers with insights that transcend the daily noise.
Role Summary:
We’re seeking a sharp, research-driven financial writer with deep understanding of long-wave economic theory, real estate cycles, and market rhythmicity. You’ll write thought-provoking essays, forecasts, and newsletters blending historical cycles with current macroeconomic conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly or bi-weekly content (1,000+ words) on market and economic cycles
- Analyze and interpret long-wave theories like Kondratieff Waves, Dewey’s cycle research, and the 18.6-year real estate cycle
- Create clear, data-supported arguments linking current events to cyclical patterns
- Assist in developing premium forecasts and investor briefings
- Break down complex academic or historical material into digestible, high-value insights for our audience
Requirements:
- Proven experience writing about financial markets, macroeconomics, or cyclical theory
- Strong grasp of Kondratieff Wave theory, Phil Anderson’s real estate cycle, and Edward Dewey’s cycles and Foundation for the Study of Cycles
- Ability to connect historical data with current economic or geopolitical trends
- Familiarity with technical tools (TradingView, Optuma, or similar) is a plus
- Self-starter with a curious mind and intellectual edge
Nice to Have:
- Experience publishing in premium newsletters, Substack, Beehiiv, Seeking Alpha, or institutional outlets
- Charting or cycle modeling skills (Fourier transforms, spectral analysis, etc.)
- Background in economics, finance, or market history
