Associate Writer – Content Development & Quality Assurance
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Writer to support content creation and optimization for Recruiting, employee communications, and cross-functional (XFN) audiences. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, refine written materials, and contribute to maintaining content consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content creation and editing by developing clear, accurate, and engaging written materials for Recruiting, employee, and XFN audiences.
- Review and refine existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Support content updates and improvements based on stakeholder input and user feedback.
- Work closely with content owners to validate and align content with organizational goals and user needs.
- Maintain content standards, style guides, and templates to reinforce consistency across platforms.
- Provide basic editorial guidance to stakeholders regarding content style and best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to verify consistency and effectiveness of published materials.
- Help analyze case trends, feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for content improvement.
Requirements
