Product Content Writer – $65,000 to $75,000/year
Nebula® delivers powerful tools that streamline document review and case management for legal and corporate clients. As a rapidly growing disruptor in the eDiscovery space, we are seeking a dedicated Nebula® Product Content Writer to join our dynamic and expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have experience producing creative content that supports the growth and marketing of technical products, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on measurable impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating content that drives awareness and engagement across a wide range of channels. Your work will help increase brand visibility, enhance SEO performance, showcase product features and launches, generate buzz, and drive lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and maintain Nebula® product-related content, including:
- Articles
- Product datasheets and one-pagers
- Blogs
- Social media posts
- Feature announcements and product release emails
- Work with key stakeholders to understand product features and the problems they address
- Ensure consistency in voice, style, tone, and messaging across communications
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in content marketing and distribution
- Uphold Nebula®’s commitment to its culture and clientele by maintaining the highest standards of data privacy, information security, and professional integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Exceptional English oral and written communication, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and professional content across Nebula® product-related materials
- 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS, legal technology, and/or B2B environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative writing in a technical field, product content production, and/or UX copywriting. Candidates will be required to submit written samples as part of their evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and collaborate effectively across teams within a matrixed organization
- Creative writing is essential for this role. The ideal candidate must be able to turn complex legal tech terminology into clear, engaging concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 5%
