LearningMate is looking to hire a content quality standards specialist, who can help build content guidelines with a publishing background
Tasks
1. Validate Ontology and Input Parameters
○ Review input descriptors and ensure alignment with client’s taxonomy and product stages
○ Refine definitions based on internal terminology and policy
2. Evaluate Performance Indicator Mapping
○ Assess if AI-assigned performance indicators make contextual sense
○ Adjust mappings to reflect nuance, exceptions, or compliance requirements
3. Refine Output Guidance
○ Edit and enhance AI-drafted outputs for correctness, specificity for the input combinations, clarity, and applicability
○ Embed best practices, examples, or critical policy references
4. Ensure Legal and Ethical Compliance
○ Flag content that doesn’t align with client’s global legal, regulatory, or ethical standards
○ Ensure culturally sensitive or region-specific content is appropriately flagged or modified
5. Review and Approve Use Cases
○ Validate user journeys and confirm accuracy of applied standards
○ Add real-life examples from past experience to enrich case library
6. Finalize Guidance
○ Finalize guidance for the output combinations based on client’s guidelines and document repository
Deliverables
● Validated and refined input ontology
● Approved mappings of performance indicators per user journey
● Finalized guidance and templates for chatbot’s outputs
