Core Job Ownership
Own strategy, creation, community, and analytics for YouTube and LinkedIn, turning raw coaching insights and client stories into compelling content that drives measurable audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Growth
Define monthly growth targets and execute tactics to hit them—SEO, collaborations, optimized posting schedules, etc.
Content Production
Write/publish weekly LinkedIn articles & short posts.• Produce 3-5 YouTube Shorts/Reels + 1 long-form edit per week.• Edit client testimonial videos that convert viewers into leads.
Community Management
Respond to comments on both platforms within a few hours, nurturing dialogue and brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
Ship a concise dashboard every Friday—subscriber/follower metrics, watch time, top content, and next-step experiments.
Ideation & Initiative
Pitch fresh hooks, series, and growth experiments; A/B test thumbnails, titles, and posting times.
Operational Excellence
Maintain lightning-fast turnaround and proactive communication via Slack/WhatsApp; document processes in Notion.
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
- A set number of pieces of high-quality content shipped every week.
- Agreed upon monthly follower/subscriber growth on each platform.
- Testimonial videos delivered on time.
- Weekly report sent by EOD Friday, with clear next steps.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Assertive, confident, and has a strong frame in communication.
- Compassionate and a great listener.
- Has stellar attention to details and is able to handle multiple things throughout the day.
- Is proactive and takes initiative for growth of the business.
- Has the willingness to play/manage multiple roles other than being a coach: appointment setting, sales, engaging in marketing etc.
- Deep understanding of YouTube & LinkedIn algorithms, SEO, and best practices.
- Advanced video-editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut) and basic motion graphics.
- Strong, engaging writing for captions, hooks, and long-form articles.
- Self-starter who thrives on rapid iterations and clear metrics.
- Reliable high-speed internet and overlap with Pacific Time for real-time collaboration.
Nice to have qualifications
- 2+ years full-time VA or Social Media Manager experience with proven growth results.
