AI Nonfiction Ghostwriter & Publishing Concierge (Full-Time / Remote) – $25 an hour

We’re building the next wave of elite personal publishing—and we’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy AI Ghostwriter & Client Success Lead to join our Private Book Deals team.

You’ll be in charge of turning influencers and entrepreneurs into published authors—without them lifting a finger.

This role blends outreach, storytelling, client care, and cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll guide high-profile clients through our done-for-you publishing process, and help ghostwrite, edit, and deliver high-quality books using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI writing assistants.

Your Responsibilities

• Research & reach out to influencers (1M+ followers) and business figures
• Qualify leads and onboard new clients
• Walk clients through the approval and contract process
• Develop Table of Contents and book structure based on brand/audience
• Ghostwrite book manuscripts using AI (plus human editing finesse)
• Coordinate editing, layout, and final review
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from start to finish
• Ensure books are written, produced, and published on schedule

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills (ideally ghostwriting or content writing experience)
• Deep familiarity with ChatGPT / Claude / Jasper or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Organized, deadline-driven, and client-obsessed
• Able to write in different voices/tones quickly
• Comfortable managing multiple high-profile clients at once
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-managed, proactive, results-oriented

Bonus Points If You…

• Have ghostwritten books, speeches, or personal branding content
• Have experience in client success, publishing, or agency work
• Understand the influencer or creator economy
• Can reverse-engineer an influencer’s brand voice fast
• Know how to build audience personas or brand strategy docs
