Goshen is seeking a talented Copywriter to create compelling marketing copy for our growing organization. This role focuses entirely on crafting persuasive content that drives conversions and supports our mission.
We equip faith-driven entrepreneurs with practical strategies to build successful businesses. In this role, you’ll write persuasive copy for our marketing campaigns, emails, and sales materials that will directly drive conversions while aligning with our values and message.
Who We’re Looking For
You will be responsible for creating high-converting copy for our rapidly growing business, which experienced 220% growth between 2023 and 2024 and is on track to hit $5 million in revenue this year. Your copy will drive conversions across multiple campaigns including emails, sales pages, and advertisements. Key objectives include writing email campaigns that achieve 15%+ click-through rates and contributing to increased member engagement.
This role isn’t for someone who just writes pretty words. It’s for someone who understands marketing psychology, can craft copy that drives specific actions, and delivers measurable results through their writing.

Expectations
As our Copywriter, you will:
- Write marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and sales materials
- Create launch sequences for course releases and promotions
- Develop VSL scripts and ad copy for various campaigns
- Craft persuasive social media copy to complement our visual content
- Write compelling headlines and calls-to-action that drive conversions
- Maintain consistent voice and messaging across all platforms
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years experience in copywriting, preferably in digital marketing
- You understand direct response copywriting principles and conversion tactics
- You can write persuasively across multiple formats (email, sales pages, VSL scripts)
- You can adopt the culture and tone of the brand and embed it into all the copy
- You’re detail-oriented and excellent at managing priorities
- You take ownership of projects and consistently deliver quality results
- You thrive in a structured environment with clear goals and accountability
