1. Community Engagement and Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with hospitality institutes, including hotels, resorts, and training centers.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with local businesses, shops, institutes, and industry associations to create a strong referral network.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase community participation and brand presence.
2. Referral Programs and Growth
Design and execute effective referral programs targeting students, job seekers, and professionals in the hospitality sector.
Collaborate with partner organizations to maximize the reach and impact of referral initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of referral programs and adjust strategies as needed.
3. WhatsApp Community Management
