As a Content Writer for LLM Training, you will play a crucial role in creating, curating, and refining content that will be used to train advanced large language models. Your work will directly impact the performance and accuracy of the language models, enabling them to understand and generate human-like text with precision.
We are seeking candidates with strong analytical abilities and excellent English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in the content through online research, and work with the LLM to solve puzzles!
Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models (such as GPT), and will make you an expert on how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to future-proof your career in an AI-driven world.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a high degree of comprehension skills, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality, clarity, and coherence in written material.
- Strong editing with focus on punctuation and style to contribute innovative ideas to LLM training.
- Efficient in rectifying  Grammatical errors on the content (US and UK Region).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote team.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Available to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with overlapping 4 hours with US (PST Timezone) .
- Must have a desktop/laptop setup with a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate studies in Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, or a related field is preferred. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years of professional experience in content writing,editing, proofreading and technical writing is required.
