Spanish Speaking Social Media Content Moderator – Remote in Greece

We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in a remote capacity from Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive online community for Spanish-speaking users by effectively moderating content and engaging with the audience across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
- Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely responses and fostering a supportive community environment.
- Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams for further action.
- Conduct research on current trends and interests within the Spanish-speaking community to enhance content relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to suggest improvements and create engaging content.
- Prepare insights and reports on user interactions and content performance to inform ongoing strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media practices and policies to ensure effective moderation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and tact.
- Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage various responsibilities in a remote work setting.
