About the role: We are seeking a talented technical writer with strong project management skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging blog posts, newsletters, internal communication, and other public facing content for Microsoft channels.
This is a unique role in that you will also be responsible for liaising with content owners and key stakeholders to source content. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, familiarity with Microsoft Security and Productivity related products, and PM experience. It is estimated that this role will be 80% writing, 20% project management.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and manage technical content for CVP level blogs, website copy, PowerPoint presentations, program technical documents, and other public facing channels.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing and engineering) and third-party stakeholders including ISVs to ensure content aligns with team/company goals and is accurate.
- Work with ISVs to create public content and support their marketing campaigns (e.g., webinar and press release) for joint product adoption.
- Coordinate the review of ISV content with internal Microsoft stakeholders, including the Public Relations team.
- Keep the global ringfenced team updated on program progress, insights, and customer and partner successes through internal communications.
- Design basic PowerPoint presentations and artwork that align with Microsoft and program branding.
- Deliver publish ready copy applicable for various marketing channels.
- Assist with project management including calendar management and approvals.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in content creation with high engagement from a technical audience.
- Strong understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Security and Productivity products.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Organized and detail oriented.
