YouTube Script Producer (Retention-Focused)
About the Job
I’m hiring a YouTube Script Producer to help scale a high-growth my boxing & fitness YouTube channel.
This role is about ideas, hooks, structure, and of course the big daddy…retention — we may not have to do full word-for-word scripts.
Your job is to remove the creative bottleneck so videos can be filmed faster, perform better, and grow the channel consistently.
You’ll be working closely with the me, Tony to turn my strong expertise into high-retention, high-watch-time videos.

You’re obsessed with YouTube.
You study creators like:
- Dr Mike Israetel
- Jeff Nippard
- Alex Hormozi
- Iman Gadzhi
You think in:
- Hooks (0–5 seconds)
- Retention curves
- Pattern interrupts
- Open loops
- Viewer psychology
You’re hungry, proactive, and comfortable with direct feedback.
You do NOT need to be a boxing expert , but you must understand attention and storytelling.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience writing YouTube scripts or outlines
- Strong understanding of retention and watch-time
- Ability to help generate video ideas + hooks
- Comfortable delivering bullet-point scripts and full scripts
- Maybe… Ability to suggest visuals, pacing, and B-roll
- Fast turnaround and clear communication
- Open to paid test tasks
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience in fitness, sports, or education content
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and retention graphs
