We make long-form YouTube videos for business founders, and we’re hiring a freelance scriptwriter. Our strategist gives you the title, thumbnail, angle, and will work with you on the hook and outline. You write the outline and the full script.
- Outlines for experienced hosts: structure, key points, transitions and the CTA.
- Word-for-word scripts for newer hosts, written in the founder’s voice.
- Research for educational topics such as finance, health and B2B.
- One revision round per script.
Pay per script: $100-$150 for a full script depending on quality and experience, $200 for a complex or research-heavy one.
Volume: 12–16 scripts a month to start, growing to 30+
Turnaround: 3-4 days for a full script.
Ideal Candidate
- Has written long-form YouTube scripts that have resulted in higher retention data on YouTube.
- Knows how to write hooks that pay off the title and keep viewers watching.
- Writes the way people talk, not like an essay, a commercial, or a robot.
- Researches carefully and checks facts.
- Is reliable, meets deadlines and takes feedback well.
- Has a YouTube brain and loves to learn YouTube strategy and how to make the best YouTube videos possible
Job Application Requirements
- At least 3 long-form YouTube scripts you wrote, each with its published video, and retention data.
- Excellent written English.
- Daily overlap with Southeast Asia hours.
- Comfortable with ClickUp, Google Docs, Slack and Frame IO
