Writer or Photographer or both
Brand new project started by me, looking to create a small, submission based print magazine based based around gritty subject matter that is not traditionally marketable. Looking for talented photographers and writers who have been consistently rejected by larger brands to submit their work for a chance to be showcased in print. Be provocative and take a risk with your work, this is not a company at all, I am a person who is in the same situation as you. I am trying to create a new outlet for people like us AND, if your stuff is good, you WILL be put into the magazine.
SUBMIT BASICALLY WHATEVER YOU ARE OKAY WITH BEING PUBLISHED PUBLICLY
Rules and regulations-
- Be as interesting or as vulgar as you want as long it is genuine and has intent behind it.
- Make sense
- If submitting multiple photos to be featured together, follow SOME sort of theme
- All photos require a blurb which may or may not be used in the final edit. Write whatever you want.
- When submitting photos and writing together as a single piece, tie them together and be cohesive
- be as grammatically correct as you can, I will be using the writing that is submitted, word for word.
THIS IS NOT A JOB AT ALL, THERE IS NO PAYMENT. THE REWARD IS BEING PUT INTO A PRINT MAGAZINE ALONGSIDE OTHER TALENTED CREATIVES.
I will try to create a discussion forum for everyone that is selected. I want you to CONNECT WITH ONE ANOTHER AND BRING EACH OTHER UP.
