Who we are
We are a fast-growing personal-branding agency working with some of the most recognizable entrepreneurs and creators on X and LinkedIn.
Our clients are the people you already see on your feeds.
We build one-of-one personal brands that sound like the person wrote it themselves.
Everything we ship is:
- authentic
- performance-driven
- and held to a very high bar
We’re scaling quickly, and since we’re early the people who join us won’t just “have jobs.”
They’ll help shape the company.
Your role in one line
We are looking for a Content Writer.
This is predominantly a strategic writing role.
You are 100% responsible for the posts that go out under your client’s name, from first idea to final publish.
Your 3 key responsibilities
1. End-to-End Content Ownership (Idea → Publish) – 70%
You will own:
- Research
- Ideation
- Drafting
- Revisions
- Scheduling/Publishing
- Whatever it takes to get the post live
If something is late, broken, or missing, the thought of saying “that wasn’t my responsibility” makes you gag, because you are a fixer. You fix a post on a Saturday if you must.
Deadlines are sacred to you, and clients never feel chaos behind the scenes.
2. Performance-Driven Writing – 20%
You must always write with the client’s ICP and goals in mind:
- You must hit the client’s set KPIs: e.g. calls booked, DMs received, increased newsletter subscribers
- You must drive follower growth for each client
- You must be strategic about ideation and justify each chosen idea
3. Platform Awareness & Continuous Optimization – 10%
You write with pattern recognition, constantly asking: “Why did this post work? Why did this one NOT work?”
You will spend meaningful time on X & LinkedIn, noticing emerging formats and what’s going viral.
Must-Haves
You should check all of these boxes:
- You can juggle 5 clients simultaneously
- You can produce a weekly average output of:
- 14 LinkedIn posts
- 8 long forms for X
- 40 tweets
- You can prioritize and manage your own schedule
- You must have a strong internal AI detector, and conversational writing ability
- Deep familiarity with X and LinkedIn as platforms
- Growth-oriented, secure in yourself
- You see work as an arena for personal development
Nice-to-Haves
Not required, but will help you application:
- 2+ years writing online
- Ghostwriting experience
- Taking client calls before
- Active presence on X and/or LinkedIn
- Familiar with Ship30for30, PGA, or similar programs
The kind of person who thrives here (our culture)
1. You do whatever it takes
If something touches you, you take 100% ownership over it.
You never blame the client, anyone else, the tool, the timeline, or the algorithm.
You solve the problem in front of you with high agency and extreme ownership.
You figure it out and move it forward.
2. You’re extremely curious
You question everything: your own ideas, the client’s ideas, the platform, the trends, the way things have always been done.
You stay open-minded and hard to offend by new perspectives.
You spend time on platforms, observing, experimenting and evolving.
3. You’re a good human
We have no big egos at Digital Leverage.
So you treat others with respect and lead with heart. You stay grounded, self-aware, and make a conscious effort to work through our own insecurities for the good of the team and the business. You know we’re all connected, and the way you show up affects everyone else.
You reject ALL fluffy corporate bullshit and fakery. We’re on the same team, so you speak directly and honestly.
We want what’s best for each other, like a family does, so if that involves tough love, you give it, and are open to receive it.
Growth Path
Your default growth plan is Content Strategist → Senior Content Strategist → Pod CEO
Senior Strategists:
- Lead content calls
- Build direct client relationships
Pod CEOs:
- Run their own pods
- Earn performance based bonuses
We create leadership roles for exceptional people.
