Position: Creative Writers | Authors | Illustrators

Compensation : $45-$50/ hour

Commitment: Flexible 20+ hours per week with potential to increase to 40 hours

Duration: Minimum 1-2 months with possible extension

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative & Narrative Skills ✍️

The role requires a strong background in creative writing (like fiction or screenwriting) and experience producing original content. A key responsibility is to judge the creativity, originality, and narrative coherence of written material.

Emotional & Conversational Intelligence 🤗

The ideal candidate must be able to identify and assess human-like conversational qualities. This includes recognizing emotional intelligence, empathy, and helpfulness in a response, as well as evaluating its tone, conciseness, and natural flow to ensure interactions feel authentic and supportive.

Communication & Presentation 📊

The position demands an ability to evaluate responses for clarity, structure, and overall polish and should have an idea of how ideas are articulated and communicated effectively.
