  • Write engaging content for Freemius’ blog, website, and marketing materials, aimed at helping software makers launch, grow, and scale their businesses.
  • Research industry trends to create informative, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audience.
  • Adapt your writing style to reflect our brand’s voice and align with our audience’s needs. Collaborate with our marketing and engineering team to develop content that supports our growth goals.
Experience interviewing subject matter experts and creating content that adheres to Google’s EEAT standards.

Comfortable working remotely during European timzone hours (9-6 GMT+2)

Proven content writing experience, ideally covering business topics like pricing in SaaS or WordPress.
The ability to take complex, technical topics and present them in a clear, engaging, and reader-friendly way.
Experience writing both short-form and long-form content and a deep understanding of how content must be adapted to different channels (blog, social media, email marketing).

Top-notch English – it doesn’t have to be your mother-tongue but grammar and self-expression must be on a super-high level

A strong grasp of SEO best practices and an ability to write content that positions us as industry experts.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
