Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager & Content Strategist (AI-Savvy)
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who specializes in social media management and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing trends, has a strong creative eye, and is confident using AI tools and prompting to generate engaging content. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and helping drive sales of our eBooks focused on at-home beauty treatments and body sculpting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Higgsfield.ai or similar) to generate content ideas, captions, content and scripts
- Plan and schedule content using a consistent and strategic posting calendar
- Provide creative direction to enhance brand identity and user engagement
- Write and publish blog posts aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices
- Assist with basic website maintenance and updates
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and suggest growth strategies
- Stay up to date with trends in beauty, social media, and digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms
- Experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing workflows
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding
- Basic knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
