VIDEO IDEA SPECIALISTS (BRAINROT & ROBLOX SHORTS) | Cheesymembey – $100-$150 Per Project
We are looking for creative minds to help us research and brainstorm unique Roblox shorts concepts for our channel, Cheesymembey (6.8M+ subs). This is a permanent position for someone who understands viral trends, gaming loops, and how to create hooks that keep viewers watching until the very end.
You do not need to be a professional scriptwriter. We have successfully worked with people of all ages—including teenagers—who have a natural eye for what makes a video go viral!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Researching specific niches inside Roblox to spot new trends & game mechanics.
* Developing unique video concepts, funny twists, & engaging storylines.
* Turning game updates, myths, drama, & hidden strategies into entertaining short-form hooks.
* Delivering 3 to 10 fresh ideas per day via our team chat.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Strong understanding of player behavior and viral content formats.
* Ability to write short, punchy descriptions (1-2 paragraphs or 2-5 sentences)
* Passion for gaming and identifying what makes a video loopable & entertaining.
* You do not need deep Roblox experience if you are a fast learner who knows how to research viral gaming content.
PAY & GROWTH
* Starting pay is $10 to $15 per accepted script idea.
* Our current weekly budget for the role is $100 to $150 based on successful scripts.
* We offer consistent, long-term work and can also shift to a monthly payment schedule with an increased rate after working together for a while!
* BONUS: We also offer a referral fee for every scriptwriter you bring onto the team that meets our standards!
