Travel Content Researcher | World Tour – $50-$200 Per Project
We produce high-quality long-form travel content on YouTube and need a curious, thorough researcher to build location lists that form the foundation of each video.
You’ll be given a theme — e.g. “Natural Wonders of the World” or “Futuristic Places” or “Amazing Places Youve Never Heard Of”—and deliver a researched list of locations with key facts and notable visual landmarks per entry.
**You won’t actually be writing the script, just researching**
Ideal Candidate
This is not a job for someone who will prompt ChatGPT and call it done. We need someone who digs deeper than the obvious — finding obscure, underrepresented locations alongside well-known ones. We will be able to tell the difference.
**AI can be used, but will default to the obvious. A significant portion of every list must feature places that only genuine research will uncover.**
Job Requirements
- Span a wide geographic range — no more than 3 entries from the same country
- Include genuinely obscure locations not found on standard “top 100” results
- Have footage confirmed to exist on stock video platforms for every entry
- Show evidence of real research beyond AI tools
