This isn’t just about manuals; you will be the architect of a modern knowledge ecosystem. You’ll leverage video production, HTML, and AI-based support frameworks to ensure customers can effortlessly navigate a sophisticated SaaS platform while collaborating directly with Product Management and Engineering leaders.
The Role
• Spearhead the creation of high-quality user guides, online help content, and technical manuals for a complex enterprise software suite.
• Design and implement the framework for next-generation AI-powered documentation and automated support assistance tools.
• Produce engaging instructional videos and visual aids (diagrams/screenshots) to showcase UI features and clarify complex workflows.
• Collaborate deeply with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), QA, and Developers to translate technical specs into clear, customer-centric language.
• Manage the full documentation lifecycle, including version control, project tracking, and continuous updates based on stakeholder feedback.
What You’ll Need
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer, specifically within the software industry (SaaS experience highly preferred).
• Mastery of standard authoring tools including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Technical proficiency in website design basics, HTML, and online help tool applications to manage digital content.
• Experience with (or a strong desire to build) AI-based help tools and modern content management systems (CMS).
• Proven ability to produce multimedia content, specifically instructional videos, to explain software functionality.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams and interview busy developers and product managers.
