Technical Writer 2
Our Fortune 500 client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Technical Writer 2 to join their team. As a Technical Writer 2, you will be part of the Customer Success Services (CSS) supporting the Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs). The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a knack for problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote
Pay Range: $30 – $34/hr
What’s the Job?
Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
Confer with clients to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
Create documentation for a technical audience, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with team members to enhance documentation processes and improve overall quality.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, English, journalism, or communications.
2-4 years of experience in technical writing.
Proven experience in creating documentation for a technical audience.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to read some programming code.
