We now are seeking a Technical Writer to become a core member of the product team to collaborate with product managers and engineering to produce and maintain documentation such as online User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, and in-platform documentation such as tooltips, welcome instructions, etc. In addition, this role will build and maintain customer aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques. We want Relish customers to relish their experience with our products and we expect the content provided by this role aligns with those expectations.

What you’ll do:

· Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the documentation strategy

· Prepare clear and concise release notes, user guides, and instructional videos

· Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content tailored to different user personas

· Ensure the technical accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all user-facing documentation

· Review and maintain consistent terminology and messaging across product interfaces and documentation

· Create and maintain developer-focused content, including comprehensive API documentation

· Plan, script, produce, and edit videos and interactive guided tours to support product onboarding and education

· Apply best practices in instructional design and learning technologies to optimize training content

· Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve documentation usability and effectiveness

· Define and monitor metrics on training content usage and engagement to inform content improvements

· Actively participate in scrum ceremonies to stay aligned with product development cycles

· Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Customer Success teams to gather insights and accurately document product functionality.

About you:

● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or relevant technical field

● 2+ years’ experience as an effective technical writer

● 1+ years’ experience of Video Production

● Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter

● Experience with Enterprise Software, B2B, and Procurement software is a plus

● Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)

Salary Range: $60,000- 65,000 Base Salary

This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Relish may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s

sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
