Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Technical Content Writer at MarsDevs. The role involves creating engaging technical content, such as documentation, blog posts, and marketing materials. As a part of the dynamic team, you will be responsible for producing clear, concise, and informative content to support various digital projects.

Requirements:

  • Experienced content writer, knowledge of Python, Javascript, DevOps tool and a basic understanding of grammar.
  • Knowledge of Browser and App Testing – including cross-browser testing and live testing for browsers and apps.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks like – Selenium, Javascript Testing, Cypress, Jest
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like – Jenkins, Travis, Circle CI, BitBucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Skills to write or modify code snippets
  • Matured writer to write thought leadership, performance management, etc
  • Writers with knowledge of GitHub, Data Structures, Python, Vuejs, Reactjs, Flutter, SQL, Tableau, and Data Science, AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Good written English is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
  • Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
  • Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
  • Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
  • Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
