About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Blog Copywriter with strong AI expertise to join us on a long-term freelance basis.
This role is ideal for someone who not only writes about artificial intelligence but also has practical experience working with AI tools, systems, models, or technical implementations. We are looking for a writer who understands the reasoning behind modern AI technologies and can communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
What You’ll Do
- Research, write, and edit long-form technical articles focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and related technologies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into content accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop educational, analytical, and opinion-driven content that demonstrates subject matter expertise.Ensure all content maintains high accuracy, clarity, and credibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Literacy: you should be comfortable discussing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt engineering, Fine-tuning and model optimization, AI workflows and automation, API integrations, AI infrastructure and deployment, Model architectures and performance considerations.
- High-Quality Writing Skills: you can create content that appeals to developers, technical professionals, decision-makers, and curious learners alike. You know how to balance technical depth with readability and engagement.
- Industry Authority: you can write for a sophisticated audience of developers and tech-savvy subscribers, but also describe AI concepts for beginners and less-expert readers.
Requirements
- Native-level English writing skills (US English preferred).
- Demonstrated experience writing about AI, machine learning, software development, SaaS, or related technical to pics.
- Ability to independently research complex subjects and synthesize information into compelling content.
- Strong understanding of current AI technologies and industry developments.
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Nice To Have
- Hands-on experience working with AI systems, models, or technical implementations.
- Background in software engineering, machine learning, data science, product development, or technical consulting.
- Experience writing for technical publications, SaaS companies, developer audiences, or technology-focused brands.
