Tech Writer – $76,079 – $102,930/year
Job Description:
- We are searching for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team on the EPA IV MAINES contract to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program. They will work collaboratively with customers, developers, and system engineers to document processes, work instructions and workflows.
- Development of SOPs that will be used to document the processes of digitizing the agencies printed documentation.
- Experience using Microsoft desktop tools loading metadata tools and capturing metadata.
- Support RMTT in daily activities such as sprints, technical reviews, UAT testing etc.
- Able to collect and disperse information and transform into visual aids using Visio, Microsoft applications, etc.
- Other technical writing duties as assigned.
The likely salary range for this position is $76,079 – $102,930. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
